Freelance Contracts - Learn Contracting - Tutorial

Too many freelancers (especially new ones) are in a hurry to work with clients, without them signing and developing a freelance contract template.

Most independent customer relationships will continue smoothly, but there is always the chance that there will be a miscommunication about something.

Without a freelance contract model in place for your business, you are exposed to non-payment, liability and potential legal issues.

 

After login, in the contract section will find our simple and secure contract template.

The contract template has 4 big sections:

1. Contractor Details

Company Name - fill the name of the contractor company

TIN/CUI - fill the TIN of the contractor company

Registry Number - fill the Registry Number of the contractor company

Address - fill the Address of the contractor company

District - fill the District of the contractor company

Country - fill the Country of the contractor company

IBAN - fill the IBAN of the contractor company

Bank - fill the Bank Name of the contractor company

Contact Name - fill the Contact Name for contractor company

Phone - fill the phone number for the contractor company

Email - fill the email address for contractor company

If you already have all this data in the CRM, will be auto-filled by selecting the company name.

 

2. Project Description

Pricing section contains all the items from the offer and the structure of an item will be:

Name - fill with a representative title

Price - fill with the price wanted

Start Date - fill with the date when will start working on it

End Date - fill with the date when must be done

Description - fill with a detailed description of your service

 

3. Client  Details

Company Name - fill the name of the client company

TIN/CUI - fill the TIN of the client company

Registry Number - fill the Registry Number of the client company

Address - fill the Address of the client company

District - fill the District of the client company

Country - fill the Country of the client company

IBAN - fill the IBAN of the client company

Bank - fill the Bank Name of the client company

Contact Name - fill the Contact Name for the client company

Phone - fill the phone number for the client company

Email - fill the email address for the client company

If you already have all this data in the CRM, will be auto-filled by selecting the company name.

 

4. Agreement and signatures

Freelance Signature - will be filled by the bidder

Client Signature - will be filled by the company representant
