How to set general freelancer details in your Atomyo Profile
1.General Settings
Type - choose if you want the invoice to be multilanguage or not
Primary Language - choose the primary language for your invoice
Secondary Language - choose the secondary language for your multilanguage invoice
Primary Currency - choose the primary currency for your invoice
Secondary Currency - choose the secondary currency for your multilanguage invoice
Exchange Rate - choose the exchange rate for your multilanguage invoice
VAT/TVA - fill the VAT amount for your invoice
2.Contractor Details
Company Name - fill the name of the contractor company
TIN/CUI - fill the TIN of the contractor company
Registry Number - fill the Registry Number of the contractor company
Address - fill the Address of the contractor company
District - fill the District of the contractor company
Country - fill the Country of the contractor company
IBAN - fill the IBAN of the contractor company
Bank - fill the Bank Name of the contractor company
Contact Name - fill the Contact Name for contractor company
Phone - fill the phone number for the contractor company
Email - fill the email address for contractor company
If you already have all this data in the CRM, will be auto-filled by selecting the company name.
3.Client Details
Company Name - fill the name of the client company
TIN/CUI - fill the TIN of the client company
Registry Number - fill the Registry Number of the client company
Address - fill the Address of the client company
District - fill the District of the client company
Country - fill the Country of the client company
IBAN - fill the IBAN of the client company
Bank - fill the Bank Name of the client company
Contact Name - fill the Contact Name for the client company
Phone - fill the phone number for the client company
Email - fill the email address for the client company
If you already have all this data in the CRM, will be auto-filled by selecting the company name.
4. Products/s Details
Name - fill the name of the product ( if the invoice is multilingual will be necessary to specify the name in both languages )
UM - fill the unit of the product ( if the invoice is multilingual will be necessary to specify the unit in both languages )
Qty - fill the quantity of this product
Price - fill the product price per unit
Total - will be auto-calculated according to the price per unit and quantity
